I can no longer log into My CardGate
Have you forgotten your password for My CardGate? No problem. Go to My CardGate and click on ”Forgot password?” at the bottom of the login screen. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
After following the instructions, you will receive an email with which to set a new password. Have you not received this email? Then first look in the junk mail folder (spam) to see whether it contains the email. If that is not the case, then please call us.
When are the funds settled?
Invoicing takes place on Monday, on Wednesday our partners payout the funds. If the settlement exceeds € 2.500 an extra settlement will occur on Friday.
